Dear Coast to Coast Interventions,

Thanks to you and the intervention, Jennifer is now in the Spencer Recovery Center. We feel the intervention was instrumental in getting her to willingly accept that she needed professional help. We had doubts about her wanting to do so. As we got to know you your professional manner and demeanor made us realize how well suited you are for this job. You put our minds at ease. The ease in which you lead Jennifer into the program was amazing. You had asked us all to write a letter to her. This was difficult but I think when thoughts and feelings are put in writing they are more complete, thorough and thought out. Even though it was emotional reading the letters to her we feel it gave us an opportunity that we would never have had. She would have never listened without the intervention. We feel this was a determining factor in her acceptance.

We would also like to thank you for your availability, without hesitation, in answering our questions and concerns since Jennifer has arrived at Spencer Recovery Centers. We thank you for your dedication in assisting with her recovery.

Your truly,

Lisa and Bill Smith
